Which Class is for Me?

There are so many different styles of yoga out there, each with different characteristics and benefits. We suggest that you try our intro offer so you can try as many different styles as you can to find a class (or classes!) that suit your needs best.

Please see below some brief descriptions which we hope will help you decide which class to try first :)

Vinyasa Flow

Usually set to music, this style of yoga is intended to bring students into a state of flow by linking the movements with slow and steady breath. This class is great if you have a busy mind, and like to build up a good sweat! All abilities welcome.

Hatha

Steady paced, longer held postures with a strong focus on postural alignment. No music. All abilities welcome.


Asana, Pranayama, Meditation

Taking a more classical hath approach this class integrates the other branches of the hatha yoga system such as postures, breathing techniques and guided meditation. Not set to music. All abilities welcome.

Strengthening Yoga

Vinyasa Flow but with the addition of weights and resistance bands to bring strength, stability and deeper body awareness. Set to music, all abilities welcome.

Flow, Yin & Sound

A mix of vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga & finished off with deep relaxation and singing bowls.

Pilates

Created by Joseph Pilates, this movement modality takes inspiration from various forms of movement and physiotherapy. This class is designed to build strength and improve posture through core focussed repetitive movements. Set to music, all abilities welcome.
