Which Class is for Me?
We believe that there is a yoga out there for everyone, but not every kind of yoga is for everybody. There are so many different styles of yoga out there, each with different characteristics and benefits to suit a wide variety of needs and abilities. We suggest that you try our intro offer so you can try as many different styles as you can to find a class that suit your needs best.

Usually set to music, this style of yoga is intended to bring students into a state of flow by linking the movements with slow and steady breath. This class is great if you have a busy mind, and like to build up a good sweat! All abilities welcome.

A mix of vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga & finished off with deep relaxation and singing bowls.

Hatha is a blanket term for all postural yoga which loosely translates as ‘force”
This can be a bit confusing as each studio will have their ow version of Hatham but ours is a steady paced class with longer held postures, and has a strong focus on postural alignment. No music. All abilities welcome.

Tai Chi classes are booked directly through Tamar

Vinyasa Flow but with the addition of weights and resistance bands to bring strength, stability and deeper body awareness. Set to music, all abilities welcome.

a movement method developed by Joseph Pilates, this class is designed to build strength and improve posture through core focussed repetitive movements. Set to music, all abilities welcome.

A deeply restful floor based practice using prop to help entirely support the body. Relaxation is the main intention of this class.

A slow, steady floor based practice followed by a breathing technique (pranayama) and a simple guided meditation

A strong, heat building practice designed to encourage students to kindly play their edges and meet their inner power. All abilities welcome who are prepared to sweat!
