Join Charlotte Ellis & Eleanor Yankah for 90-minutes of sound and movement as medicine.

Together we'll create a landscape of transcendental sound with movements specifically tailored to compliment the magik of the journey through sound. We'll flow through the body, heart, and soul soaring into the divine. Gentle movements bringing us deep into ourselves as we journey through the phases of being. The whole experience will be deeply nourishing.

60-minutes of movement with sound, 30-minutes soundbath with energy work and light touch for those that are wanting, if not you'll be left to drift into dreamy expanse. Charlotte and Ellie will mind the time and bring you back home when the session is complete.
