  • All* of our classes are suitable for all levels of experience including complete beginners, we offer modifications for all bodies and experience levels.

    *Power Yoga class we advise that you only attend if you are relatively healthy and do not have any injuries.

  • Yoga is an excellent form of exercise to do when you are pregnant. All* of our classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and our teachers are highly trained to guide you and you baby safely through class.

    Please arrive 15 mins before the class starts to let the teacher know that you are pregnant and discuss any ailments related to your pregnancy. If you are suffering from PGP or SPG then we advise you to attend only Pregnancy Yoga classes.

    *Power Yoga is only suitable if you already havee an established vinyasa practice, and have let the studio/teacher know prior to attending

  • Our Gentle Yoga class for 50+ students is perfect for our older students, we offer more props and modifications and take things a little bit slower. The class aims to promote strength, flexibility and help with balance and promote mental well-being to help you feel more confident and more mobile.

  • You don’t need to be flexible to come to a yoga class. Our yoga classes focus on breathing and creating strength and flexibility in the body through movement to promote physical and mental well being. We offer modifications and props in class to help support all of our students in each pose.

  • We designed our studio to be wheelchair accessible, and our main toilet is wheelchair friendly too.

    We currently do not have chair specific yoga classes, but we have classes that would be suitable for you such as yoga & meditation and our gentle yoga class. Please contact us to find out more.

  • We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets. So all you need to bring is yourself. No need to bring water, as you can help yourself to water at our cafe which also provides teas, coffees, Ayurvedic tonics and delicious veggie food.

  • Wear something comfortable that is easy to move and stretch in. Wear something light as you might get warm when you are active in yoga, but maybe bring a jumper or/and socks for the relaxation when your body begins to cool down.

  • On the Union website please go to the ‘Timetable + Booking’ tab and select the class that you would like to book onto.

    If you have a Mind Body Online account already then please sign in or register. Once you have registered/signed in then select the class pass or membership that would would like to buy. Make payment and now you can book and cancel classes online or through the Mind BodyOnline App.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. If you can’t make your class, please cancel at least 24 hours before the class begins otherwise you will lose the class pass that you have bought or it will be marked against your membership, and after 3 ‘no shows’ then your membership will be frozen for 7 days.

  • Along with our public sector discount, we have always offered a ‘no questions asked’ discount to those who are on low income or simply struggling to find the money for a yoga membership. Each situation is unique so please get in touch to discuss a membership that will work for you.
