A day of all things yoga, rest, connection, delicious food & different live sounds to raise money for new equipment for our studio.

To those of you who’ve been to our JOY! Day retreats before, it will follow the same concept but this time right at our yoga home in Ramsgate! Expect Yoga, live music, chanting, cacao, nourishing food and those much loved sesame choco bliss balls!

100% of what we make will go to new equipment, our priority being new, thicker wipe down friendly yoga mats. We love our mats and they have served us well over the years, but due to their 100% biodegradable nature, they are sadly falling apart now after lots of use over the years. The cost of 15 commercial grade eco friendly yoga mats is between £600-£1000. We are still doing our research into the best deal without losing out on quality and minimal environment impact. If we have any funds left over, it will go towards some much needed studio updates such as painting our roof, updating our window mural, fixing our floors, and giving the changing rooms and front of shop a much needed re-vamp!
