What to Expect

You’ll settle into long-held, fully supported restorative poses using props to completely support your body. Each posture is designed to gently release tension and invite your nervous system into a state of safety and ease.

We’ll explore simple, soothing breath practices that help signal calm to your body, guiding you out of stress mode and into deep restoration. You’ll then be led through an extended, guided Yoga Nidra experience—often called “yogic sleep”—to support profound physical, mental, and emotional renewal.

We’ll also share a short, accessible talk on why “doing less” is not laziness, but one of the most effective ways to support nervous system repair and resilience.

There is nothing to achieve. Nowhere to be.
Just space to rest, receive, and remember what it feels like to be deeply supported.

Open to all levels. No experience needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, replenished, and deeply restored.
